Original images on DVD / cloud

For DICOM files (MRI/CT images), we provide either a DVD at pickup or a cloud download link. Mention "DICOM/DVD" when you request.

How to open your report and images

  • Your report: most reports are ready the same day and arrive on WhatsApp as a PDF link. Tap the link to open the report on your phone; you can save or print it from there.
  • Your scan images: MRI, CT and other scan images (DICOM files) come either as a cloud link or on a DVD that you collect at the centre.
  • Opening the images: the cloud link opens in a web browser on your phone or computer. The DVD includes a viewer, so the images can usually be opened on a computer with a DVD drive.
  • Link not working? If a link has expired or will not open, ask our front desk on WhatsApp or call +91 98200 51511 and we will help.
  • Sharing with your doctor: you can forward the report PDF and the image link to your doctor on WhatsApp or email, or take the DVD to your appointment.

Privacy notice: We never email or WhatsApp reports to numbers different from the one registered at your visit. If your mobile has changed, please call us — we'll re-verify in person or via document.
