These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the AV Scan Diagnostics website (avscan.in) and your engagement with our diagnostic services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
AV Scan Diagnostics ("AV Scan", "we", "us") provides diagnostic imaging and pathology services including MRI, CT Scan, Ultrasound, 3D Mammography, X-Ray, DEXA, Cardiac Tests, Blood Tests, FNAC and Biopsy at our centre in Dadar West, Mumbai.
All imaging services are provided subject to receipt of a valid doctor's referral where clinically indicated. AV Scan reserves the right to decline or reschedule services at its discretion.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
- Appointments can be booked via WhatsApp, phone, or our website contact form.
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment time.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least 2 hours in advance.
- AV Scan reserves the right to reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances with reasonable notice.
- Walk-ins are welcome for most routine tests, subject to availability.
3. Payments
- Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
- We accept Cash, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Confirm pricing at the time of booking.
- Insurance/TPA: Please confirm coverage with your insurer before your appointment. AV Scan is not responsible for insurance claim outcomes.
4. Refunds & Cancellation Policy
- Prepaid appointments cancelled more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

5. Reports & Results
- All imaging reports at AV Scan are personally reviewed and signed by a consultant radiologist.
- Reports are provided as diagnostic aids to your treating physician. They do not constitute a standalone medical diagnosis or treatment recommendation.
- AV Scan is not responsible for clinical decisions made by referring physicians based on our reports.
- Report delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on scan complexity and clinical workload.
- Digital reports are shared via WhatsApp with your explicit consent.
6. Medical Disclaimer
The information on avscan.in is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified doctor before making any health decisions. AV Scan's blog articles are educational and should not replace professional medical consultation.
Emergency: Our website and WhatsApp are not monitored for medical emergencies. For emergencies, call 108 or go to the nearest hospital immediately.
